Welcome to my free virtual women's club. I started the ErikaZ club with the Idea of creating a fun and inspiring all inclusive virtual community of women of different career paths, relationship status, race, ethnicity and religious beliefs. The goal is to create a diverse community of women Nationwide who can provide support, encouragement, motivational  tools to empower and succeed in all personal goals. The club first five members are a group of women who have overcame many challenges and became very successful in accomplishing their goals. These women of all ages are now ready to share their experiences and encourage other women to the same. We believe knowledge is power and we should never stop educating ourselves or helping others. Together we are stronger and can make an impact for our future and that of the next generations to come.
